Our business open hours are Monday to Thursday 0800hrs to 1700 hrs and Friday 0800 to 1600hrs.

Maintenance and Repair
Remote Support

To book a Site Visit please call our Service Department on 01788 890235 and select Option 3, alternatively you can email support@inspiron-gb.co.uk.  

All Call out charges include Travel Time, Mileage and first hour on-site.  Following completion of the visit you will receive an Electronic Service Sheet by email which will include details of the fault found, how this fault was resolved and any recommendations they engineer feels would be beneficial to ensure you have minimal problems in the future.

Spare Parts

We keep an extensive range of parts in stock and are able to respond quickly to urgent request for parts either by Same Day Courier or Next Day Timed Delivery.

A Recommended Spare Part List is sent with each machine, which consists of consumable items and key parts.  The Recommended Spare Parts List is designed to ensure continued production and minimises any potential downtime which could be easily prevented.

Qualified Service Engineers

All our engineers are qualified and fully trained on all machines we supply.  Our engineers are Multi-skilled and proficient in Electrical, Mechanical and Software.  our engineers vehicles are fully equipped with essential parts which helps ensure a first-time-fix.  Our Head office has its own dedicated Service Centre and the telephone is manned by qualified engineers and we do not use call centres.

Training

All our customers are offered on-site training for both Operator & Engineering personnel prior to and during the installation process, enabling the machine to run to its best ability at all times from the very first day.  We also provide In-house training which is carried out by a fully qualified and experienced engineer.  All our training is hands-on as we believe this is the best approach.

Following completion of a training programme a certificate will be provided acknowledging successful completion.
